Strawberry Cordial!
This Gin Cordial was made by distilling a barrel aged Lompoc Brewing Ale.
This new un-aged "Whiskey" was distilled a second time into a gin incorporating fresh local herbs, some black peppercorns, then sweetened and colored with Hood Strawberry juice sweetened with just a touch or cane sugar syrup, sort of like an adult strawberry lemonade!
This delicious lower proof gin cordial is perfect on the rocks or topped with soda, sparkling wine or tonic water for a refreshing sipper you can enjoy all day by the pool... thinking ahead to summer here!
